A lovely B&B with views down to Esthwaite Water. The whole house is beautifully decorated and a wood burning stove, cake and coffee were waiting for me after a long drive north. Lisa really looks after her guests
Wonderful B&B for all of us to meet up for a few days. The accommodation was fantastic and Lisa and Mike made us very welcome and gave us coffee and cake on arrival which was delicious. The rooms are beautiful with everything you could need including slippers and dressing gown. Great location with the village only a short walk away. We really enjoyed the cosy sitting room where we could all meet in the evening to chat about our day
Wonderful place, very very clean and comfortable and the best hosts ever, so kind and helpful. Lisa kindly made me a packed lunch for my trip home today and it was the best treat for a long drive. I shall be back again. Thank you so much for a wonderful couple of days, a home from home.
Everything about our stay was perfect. You couldn't ask for better hospitality, views, food or location. I would visit again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend. Beautiful farmhouse and grounds, waking distance to grizedale forest and we were well looked after when we came back soaking wet. Lisa put on a log fire, dried our clothes and provided sherry :)
